- Who reports to and handles the payments to affiliates ?
This service is provided by our online billing company - shareIt! - which is certified by VeriSign. share-it! handles reporting and payment of the commission to our affiliates.
- What is the commision ?
For each copy of DSS DJ sold to a customer provided by an affiliate, the commision is 35% of the current product price.
- What is an affiliate agreement ?
An affiliate agreement is a business relationship between the merchant of a product or service and a website owner who promotes the merchant's offerings. The website (affiliate) earns a commission from the merchant for each referral that results in a sale. The affiliate plays no role in the sales contract; the product is sold by the merchant to the customer.
- How do I sign up ?
shareIt! (MyXOFT's online billing company) provides you with a link, to an automated signup process. You will be accepted as an affiliate and start to earn money, immediately. Following registration and activation, you will receive by e-mail your login data for the *Affiliate Control Panel*, where you can manage cooperations, view sales and earnings data in real time, as well as customize the style of the order process.

- How do I link to DSS DJ's order process ?
Use the link generator in the *Affiliate Control Panel* to generate individual product and checkout links that automatically includes your specific affiliate ID. These links can then be placed on your website.
- Do I get a commision for sales that do not occure immediately ?
Yes. If a customer visites our site, reffered by you, and he doesn't buy right away, he will receive a cookie that remains valid for six months. The link you put on your site should look like this:

xxxxx is your affiliate code and the URL is the website to which the customer should be referred.
- Can I adapt the order process to the "look & feel" of my website ?
Yes, you can edit your styles in the *Affiliate Control Panel*, where you can set a default style for the order process using the Style Editor.
- When is reporting done ?
share-it! sends out the Payment Report to the affiliate on the 8th of the month for the previous month's sales.
- How often is payment made to the affiliates ?
Payment is made monthly on the 15th of the month for the previous month's earnings, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payment amount of 100 USD/EUR or 70 GBP in commission earnings.
- Which payment methods and currencies can the affiliates choose?
Affiliates can receive payments either by Direct Deposit, check or wire transfer, in either USD, EUR or GBP.
- What are the minimum earnings for which an affiliate can receive payment?
The affiliate must have earned a minimum of 100 EUR/USD or 70 GBP in commission before payment can be made. If the minimum amount is not reached within the month, the total is carried over to the next month and added to the next payment.
- What information do affiliates receive on their sales?
Affiliates have access to sales reports in the *Affiliate Control Panel*. They can view sales by sales period, and see the status of their earnings. share-it! does not provide the customer data to the affiliate as this is the property of the software publisher.
